Refund Policy

Frame Atölye Cancellation, Exchange and Return Conditions

At Frame Atölye we design and carefully prepare all of our products to order. For this reason our return and cancellation processes differ from those of standard product sales. The following conditions apply:

Order Cancellation

• You may request cancellation before your order has entered the production process.
• Cancellation requests can be made shortly after the order is placed, by sending an e-mail to info@frameatolye.com or via our WhatsApp support line.
• Orders that have entered production or been handed over to the carrier cannot be cancelled.

Exchange and Return Conditions

• If the product reaches you damaged, with a production defect or otherwise faulty, you must contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date.
• For damaged products, an exchange is provided at the customer's preference.
• Products to be exchanged or returned must be sent in their original packaging, with the damage clearly visible, via the carrier directed by our company.
• Shipments made without approval or with a different carrier are not accepted.
• For made-to-order products, exchanges are not accepted other than for damage or production defects.

Refunds

• Exchanges are made only for damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped products.
• For made-to-order products, no return is accepted for any other reason.

Notice Regarding Image Quality

Our products are made to order using the images uploaded by our customers. For high print quality, photographs must be uploaded at the highest resolution possible. Our company is not responsible for any loss of sharpness or visual distortion that may occur in prints made with low-resolution or insufficient-quality images. This is not accepted as grounds for a return or a reprint.
